The Astronomical League
SALSA members take stargazing seriously. Research, observation, and personal education play a larger part in looking through telescopes and binoculars. SALSA is very proud to have so many members who have successfully completed various challenging observing campaigns set up by the Astronomical League (AL). No other group in the area can come close to these accomplishments. The Astronomical League is a national organization of amateur astronomers, who support astronomical education through public outreach.
